Components of Blood
Blood is composed of four major components:
- Function: Transport oxygen and carbon dioxide.
- Contains hemoglobin, which binds to oxygen.
- Lifespan: ~120 days.
- Example: In anemia, RBC count is reduced, leading to fatigue.
